An incursion location identification device (10) equipped with: a threat information collection unit (130) for collecting and storing threat information, which includes identification information for a moving body for which, among one or more moving bodies, a threat has been incurred, path information indicating a path, among a plurality of paths possessed by the relevant moving vehicle, along which the threat has incurred, and detection information indicating a detection date for an attack resulting from the incursion of the threat to the relevant moving body; a vehicle log collection unit (140) for collecting a log indicating, in association with a date and time, a location where one or more moving bodies are positioned, and extracting from the collected log, and storing as history information, a history of a location where one or more moving bodies are positioned during a prescribed period determined on the basis of the detection information; an incursion location identification unit (150) for identifying, among the locations indicated in the history information stored by the vehicle log collection unit (140), an incursion location where a threat has been incurred though a first path from a first attack origin; and an incursion location reporting unit (160) for outputting a location identified by the incursion location identification unit (150).
