A medical environment management method according to an aspect of the present invention comprises the steps of: displaying, by a service terminal, a service list indicating services that can be provided by a medical institution; receiving, by the service terminal, an input for selecting one service item from among the displayed service list; and displaying, by the service terminal, information about the selected service item from among the service list according to the selection input.
