PROCESSES FOR PRODUCING, AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, LIQUID CONCENTRATES FROM PLANT SPECIES USED FOR INFUSION OR DECOCTION AND FROM WINE AND PRODUCTS THEREBY PRODUCED AND PROVIDED AS PORTABLE INDIVIDUAL DOSES
The present invention patent relates to processes for producing liquid concentrates from plant species used for infusion or decoction and from wine, and to products thereby produced, pertaining to the sector of beverages and foods, particularly relating to a cold-produced liquid concentrate, which is soluble in any hot or cold aqueous mixture, stable at room temperature and provided as portable individual doses for easily and instantaneously preparing teas and alcohol-free wines, and also for preparing other soft drinks, beverages, cocktails, either hot or cold, among other food uses. The process based on plant species comprises the following steps: 1 - Sorting raw material; 2 - Washing and disinfecting the used parts of the plants in natura; 3 - Fragmenting or grinding the plant material; 4 - Extraction from the plants or chosen components; 5 - Separating the extracted liquid from the residual solid material; 6 - Concentrating the extracted liquids; 7 - Stabilizing and flavouring the concentrated liquids. The process based on wine comprises the following steps: A – Selecting the wine; B – Concentrating the wine; C – Stabilization.
