Disclosed is a light and color adjustment panel lamp for an LED Bluetooth loudspeaker box, comprising an aluminum profile frame. A lamp plate is provided on a side of the frame. A diffusion plate, a light guide plate, a light-reflective sheet, a backplate, and corner connectors are provided in sequence in the frame. The corner connectors fix the diffusion plate, the light guide plate, the light-reflective sheet, and the backplate to the frame. A Bluetooth loudspeaker box is provided on the backplate. The diffusion plate, the light guide plate, the light-reflective sheet, and the backplate are provided with through holes for the Bluetooth loudspeaker box to pass through. The Bluetooth loudspeaker box passes from the backplate to the surface of the diffusion plate. A decorative ring is provided at a position on the surface of the diffusion plate corresponding to the Bluetooth loudspeaker box.
