The treatment method comprises the following steps: (1) micelle enhancement: taking cadmium(II)-phenol co-contaminants-containing wastewater as a feed liquid, then adding polyoxyethylene lauryl ether (Brij35) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) in a molar ratio of 0.05 to 2:1, wherein the molar concentration of SDS is 1 to 3 mmol/L, stirring uniformly, sealing and standing for 3 h; and (2) ultrafiltration: performing ultrafiltration on the feed liquid subjected to micelle enhancement in the step (1) by adopting an external pressure type hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane assembly at the temperature of 25+5 °C and the operating pressure of 0.05 to 0.09 MPa. The invention also discloses the recovery method for the concentrated solution after the treatment of the cadmium(II)-phenol co-contaminated wastewater.
