CCMS system have two kinds of view pages, one is the use of public, typically for the defendants to check-in in court, finding their current waiting position in a queue, and the other one is for the use of supervisor, generally by staff members of the court and prosecution to control the work flow, manually pause or resume the progress of a queue, add or delete a defendant from the waiting list, providing a mechanism to share real time information between Prosecution and Court, as well as for the management or other governing parties to track the real progress of court matters.
