One week later, the resistance of peanut varieties to Aspergillus flavus is evaluated by calculating the multiplicity of infection of Aspergillus flavus. Compared with the method of weighing the biomass of Aspergillus flavus after inoculation, the present invention can ignore the error caused by water content of peanut seeds, which is more accurate and stable.FIG.
