The stirring shaft B driven by a driving motor is set in the shaft center, and the stirring shaft B is connected with the multiple vertical stirring rods B. The bottom of the reaction tank is connected with a sediment discharge pipeline, and the right middle part of reaction tank is connected with the drain pipeline. The top of the reaction tank is connected with three pipelines respectively, that is the vertical flocculant adding pipeline which connected with three filling pipeline, the coagulant aid adding pipeline and the disinfectant adding pipeline. The device can realize the integrated treatment of contaminated soil, and simplify the treatment process.
