In terms of pricing, a buyer pays a commodity price together with an extra payment derived from purchase quantity, and is motivated to make a true report through the compensatory extra payment. The structure of the method comprises a mechanism part, a seller part and a buyer part. The present invention comprises the following steps: (1) At the beginning of a group buying, sellers and buyers join in the group buying and submit information to a mechanism, and the mechanism collects the information and aggregates the submitted functions to obtain an equilibrium price according to rules; (2) The mechanism determines the allocation of each buyer based on the information submitted by individuals and the equilibrium price; and (3) The mechanism calculates the amount paid by each buyer based on the result of allocation.
