The system uses phase change inhibited materials based fluids which is sealed in channels on the back side of insulated-gate bipolar transistors. Owing to the ultra-high thermal conductivity of phase change inhibited material, the heat from the insulated-gate bipolar transistor can be dissipated to the air, thus significantly improves the energy conversion efficiency and also the life time of the photovoltaic inverter.CU cju co- c caw E1
