The amino acid sequence of the encoded RdRp protein of LChV-1 is shown in SEQ ID NO.2. The present invention constructs for the first time a plasmid vector capable of prokaryotically expressing the RdRp protein of LChV-1. The plasmid vector can be used for prokaryotic expression of the RdRp protein, and the purified RdRp protein can be used to establish an RdRp-mediated in vitro replication system which can be used for the study on the regulation of the LChV-1 genome replication.
