#$%^&*AU2020101483A420200827.pdf#####ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a plasmid vector capable of prokaryotically expressing the RdRp protein of LChV-1, named pMAL-LC-RdRp, and the plasmid vector contains a sequence (shown in SEQ ID NO. 1) coding the RdRp protein of LChV-1. The amino acid sequence of the encoded RdRp protein of LChV-1 is shown in SEQ ID NO.2. The present invention constructs for the first time a plasmid vector capable of prokaryotically expressing the RdRp protein of LChV-1. The plasmid vector can be used for prokaryotic expression of the RdRp protein, and the purified RdRp protein can be used to establish an RdRp-mediated in vitro replication system which can be used for the study on the regulation of the LChV-1 genome replication.
