It focuses on the development of Spider silk / Aramid fiber / Graphene Reinforced ABS composite material for fabricating light weight UAV through 3D Printing. The proposed reinforced ABS composite material will reduce the structure weight to maximize flying time, range and payload. The Present invention allows for the fabrication of very complex light weight structures with highstrength, to improve UAV performance in terms of aerodynamics, speed and endurance.
