The cement-based material includes the following components by weight percentage: 60-75% of precursor and activator, 10-20% of reinforcement phase and 15-20% of anti-shrinking agent, and the sum of the above-mentioned components is 100%; the high-temperature-resistant ceramizable cement-based material further includes a water reducer accounting for 0.5-2% of the sum of the total mass of the precursor, the reinforcement phase, the activator and the anti-shrinking agent; and the precursor is selected from a combination of two or more of metakaolin, slag and fly ash, and the activator is selected from a combination of two or more of cesium hydroxide, cesium silicate and sodium hydroxide. The high-temperature-resistant ceramizable cement-based material provided by the present invention is good in workability after being mixed with water, better in mechanical properties and durability as comparison with ordinary cement concrete after being hardened at normal temperature and capable of resisting to the high temperature of 1800 °C, improving the mechanical properties, hardness and thermal shock resistance, meanwhile, keeping the volume stable and avoiding cracks and shrinkage in the case of a fire or other high-temperature environments.
