Provided are a high-temperature-resistant photo-curable material for 3D ink-jet printing, a preparation method therefor, a 3D printing article and a 3D printer, which relate to 3D printing technology. The high-temperature-resistant photo-curable material for 3D ink-jet printing comprises the following components: 60-99 parts by weight of a first vinyl-based compound, 0-39 parts by weight of a second vinyl-based compound, and 0.5-4 parts by weight of a free radical photoinitiator, wherein the first vinyl-based compound has a non-reactive cyclic structure, and the non-reactive cyclic structure does not possess a photopolymerization property under the initiation of the free radical photoinitiator; and the second vinyl-based compound does not have a non-reactive cyclic structure, and the methylene quantity on the main chain thereof is not less than three. The photo-curable material can perform normal ink-jet printing at a lower temperature, and can also significantly improve the resistance to high temperatures under the premise of assuring the impact strength, such that a high-quality 3D printing article can be obtained, and the service life of the 3D printer can be prolonged.
