An artificial intelligence-based automatic logo generation service method is performed by a web server network-connected to a user terminal and an artificial intelligence server for providing the web server with a customized basic image for generating a logo, and comprises the steps of: allowing the web server to collect brand information generated on the basis of user information inputted by the user terminal; allowing the web server to transmit the brand information to the artificial intelligence server; allowing the artificial intelligence server to analyze the brand information on the basis of a brand information analysis method preset on the basis of artificial intelligence, and generate the customized basic image on the basis of the analyzed information; allowing the artificial intelligence server to transmit the customized basic image to the web server; and allowing the web server to provide, to the user terminal, logo template information formed on the basis of the customized basic image.
