#$%^&*AU2020102276A420201029.pdf#####ABSTRACT The disclosure relates to a preparation method of a cable insulating layer material having a polyolefin grafting polar group, belonging to the technical field of electrical equipment or electronic equipment insulation. This method is to graft a small molecule having a polar group on the molecular chain of the polyolefin material so as to inhibit the accumulation of space charges inside the material under the action of a direct-current electric field. This material is a recyclable insulating material capable of obviously inhibiting the accumulation of space charges, which is based on a recyclable thermoplastic polyolefin material as a base and prepared by grafting the polar group on the molecular chain of polyolefin through a melting graft method. The insulating layer material can be applied to occasions such as novel recyclable direct-current cable insulating materials. The insulating layer material prepared by this method has not only good space charge performance but also high direct-current breakdown intensity and volume resistivity, and meanwhile can be recycled so as not to damage environments. 1
