Disclosed is a pan-tilt (10), comprising a pitch axis assembly (12), a transverse roller assembly (14) and a yaw axis assembly (16). The pitch axis assembly (12) is used for connecting a load (20) and driving the load (20) to rotate. An electric motor (122) of the pitch axis assembly (12), an electric motor (142) of the transverse roller assembly (14), and an electric motor (162) of the yaw axis assembly (16) are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The pan-tilt (10) is configured to enable the electric motor (142) of the transverse roller assembly (14), and the yaw axis assembly (16) to be located below the load (20).
