The present disclosure relates to a passing determination method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer readable storage medium. Said method comprises: determining, on the basis of a live image of a road in a traveling direction within a real scene, a target space region corresponding to a vehicle in the traveling direction; determining the actual size of the target space region; and determining, according to the relationship between the actual size and a safe size of the vehicle, whether the vehicle can pass through the target space region. Hence, in the present embodiments, by means of determining whether a vehicle can pass a target space region, traveling safety can be ensured, thereby avoiding a traffic accident caused by an estimation deviation, and improving the user driving experience.
