The motor unit comprises a first linear stepping motor (31), a second linear stepping motor (33) and a rotary stepping motor (37); the multi-orifice sample adding tray (50) is connected to the rotary stepping motor (37), the first linear stepping motor (31) is mounted on the mounting frame (10), the rotary stepping motor (37) is connected to the first linear stepping motor (31), the multi-orifice sample adding tray (50) is provided with a plurality of sample adding holes (51); the vacuum sucker mechanism comprises a sucker bracket (71) and a vacuum sucker (73), the sucker bracket (71) is connected to the second linear stepping motor (33), the vacuum sucker (73) is mounted on the sucker bracket (71), the position of the vacuum sucker (73) and the position of the sample adding hole (51) correspond to the positions of the sample introduction holes (301) of the counting chip; and the control system is capable of controlling the operation or stop of the motor unit.The multi-orifice sample introduction device is capable of facilitating the operator to add multiple samples to be tested at one time, and saving the operation time required for adding samples when detecting cell samples.
