The matured mixed fermentation product of wild-cultivated ginseng according to the present invention has significantly increased amounts of ginsenosides Rd2, Rg3, F2, and compound K, omega-6 fatty acids, GABA, phenolics, and flavonoids, and has excellent antioxidant effects, and thus can be used as a material for functional foods and pharmaceuticals. Functional foods and cosmetics according to the present invention have excellent antioxidant activity, thus being useful for improving lowered immunity due to oxidative stress caused by radicals or the like, improving cognitive ability, overcoming fatigue, and for use in oral cosmetics and skin care.
