Disclosed is a smokeless charbroiler comprising a main machine (1), wherein a middle part of the main machine (1) is provided with an oil drip pan (3), and two sides of the oil drip pan (3) are provided with oil drip pan smoke suction holes (31); a filter screen (6) is provided on an outer side of each of the oil drip pan smoke suction holes (31), and the filter screen (6) is provided with filter screen meshes (61); a main machine smoke suction hole (12) is provided in an outer side of the filter screen (6); a fan (13) is provided in the middle of the bottom of the main machine (1), and a main machine smoke outlet (14) is provided at the bottom of the main machine (1); an oil outlet (15) is provided in one side of the bottom of the oil drip pan (3); and an oil drip box (11) is placed under the oil outlet (15), and the oil drip box (11) is inserted into one side of the bottom of the main machine (1). The smokeless charbroiler controls a working temperature in a roasting pan to be 180-230°C through a temperature control knob (21) on a control panel (2) on one side of the main machine (1), and controls the amount of smoke generated during a barbecue; and excess smoke generated during the barbecue is filtered through the filter screens (6) of the oil drip pan smoke suction holes (31) on the two sides, and is then exhausted from the main machine smoke outlet (14) at the bottom of the main machine (1), so as to control the smokeless effect in the whole barbecue process. Filtered gas neither pollutes the environment nor affects health.
