The present invention relates to a preparation method for a urea conversion-promoting humic acid synergistic carrier, the preparation method comprising the steps of humic acid extract preparation, humic acid extract solution preparation, and humic acid synergistic carrier preparation. After the humic acid synergistic carrier is combined with urea, the conversion speed of the urea can be increased, decreasing urea residue 22.7%–29.1% compared to conventional urea, and providing new avenues for improving the utilization rate of urea nitrogen fertilizer in soil having low urease activity. Humic acid urea produced using the humic acid synergistic carrier of the present invention features an increased paddy yield of 9.7% and an increased nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate of 8.3 percentage points compared to commercially available urea.
