A DNA immunoadsorbent using nano-selenium as an adsorbent carrier, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof, wherein the DNA solid load of the immunoadsorbent is large, adsorption performance is good, and safety performance is better. In the described DNA immunoadsorbent, DNA molecules and anti-dsDNA antibodies sufficiently touch, and the immunoadsorbent may be used for immunofluorescence and for qualitatively analyzing anti-dsDNA antibodies deposited in kidney tissue, and may specifically confirm the deposition and distribution of anti-dsDNA antibodies in kidney tissue, while operation is simple and the immunoadsorbent is suitable for preparing a reagent for detecting and analyzing lupus nephritis and systemic lupus erythematosus.
