The present invention relates to a method, server, and system for managing the distribution of a business plan on the basis of a blockchain. The method according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a step in which, when a business plan of a prospective founder or a founder who recently started his/her business is generated, a processor of a document management server classifies the contents of each section of the business plan as non-encryption information or encryption information; a step in which the processor stores the non-encryption information in a database of the document management server and delivers, to a blockchain network, a first transaction containing the encryption information and conditions for access to the encryption information, to generate a genesis block; a step in which, when the document management server receives a primary access request from an investor terminal, the document management server provides the non-encryption information stored in the database to the investor terminal; a step in which, when the document management server receives a secondary access request from the investor terminal, the document management server delivers, to the blockchain network, a second transaction concerning access to the encryption information; and a step of performing validation for the conditions for the access in the blockchain network, generating a block for the second transaction when the investor satisfies the conditions for the access, and providing the encryption information from the blockchain network to the document management server or investor terminal.
