The present invention relates to a method for distributing and managing a business plan based on a blockchain, to secure reliability in investment, a server thereof and a system thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: when a business plan of a preparatory or early founder is generated, allowing a processor of a document management server to classify content for each item of the business plan into non-encrypted information and encrypted information; allowing the processor to store the non-encrypted information in a database of the document management server and transfer a first transaction including the encrypted information and an inquiry condition thereof to a blockchain network to generate a genesis block; when the document management server receives a first inquiry request from an investor terminal, allowing the document management server to provide the investor terminal with the non-encrypted information stored in the database; when the document management server receives a second inquiry request from the investor terminal, allowing the document management server to transfer a second transaction about inquiry of the encrypted information to the blockchain network; and when the inquiry condition is verified in the blockchain network and the investor satisfies the inquiry condition, generating a block for the second transaction and providing the encrypted information to the document management server or the investor terminal from the blockchain network.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
