The present invention relates to a method for acquiring the registration state of a Wi-Fi-based voice service, the method comprising: acquiring on-off state information of a Wi-Fi-based voice service (VoWi-Fi) as well as the registration state of the VoWi-Fi, and carrying out caching; according to the on-off state information of the VoWi-Fi, updating the registration state of the VoWi-Fi; and according to the registration state of the VoWi-Fi, controlling an icon of the VoWi-Fi to be displayed or hidden. Correspondingly, further provided by the present invention are an apparatus for acquiring the registration state of a Wi-Fi-based voice service, an electronic device, and a readable storage medium, which increase accuracy and stability in displaying a VoWi-Fi icon.
