Provided is a dark blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) material, wherein molecules of a compound formed thereby have a superhigh inverse intersystem crossing rate. When the material as a main body is doped into a luminous layer in an electroluminescent device, blue fluorescence and phosphorescence electroluminescent devices taking said material as a main body material can both achieve a very high efficiency.
