摘要

Disclosed are a Eu 2+ ion-doped blue phosphor having high luminous efficiency, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The Eu 2+ ion-doped blue phosphor having high luminous efficiency has a compositional formula of β-Ca 2-xP 2O 7: xEu 2+, where x is the mole number of the Eu 2+ ions doped in place of Ca 2+ ions, and x = 0.045-0.055. The blue phosphor having high luminous efficiency is prepared by a urea combustion process. The blue phosphor having high luminous efficiency has high purity, good particle consistency and a good thermal stability, and is a UV-excited blue phosphor that can be used as the blue powder for the three primary colors of a white LED. The preparation method is simple to operate, has mild conditions, is easy to control; demonstrates high preparation efficiency and low energy consumption; and is suitable for mass production.
