The control method comprises the following steps: obtaining a current working condition parameter of an air conditioner, the current working condition parameter comprising a current environment parameter and a current set parameter of the air conditioner; obtaining a target running parameter according to a plurality of historical operating parameters corresponding to the current working condition parameter, and a first energy efficiency ratio corresponding to each of the historical operating parameters; and controlling the air conditioner to run in the target running parameter.
