The invention relates to a textile (1) for electromagnetically stimulating body regions of a living being (2) and an article of clothing (3). The textile (1) has at least one magnetic field coil (4) integrated. At least two planar connection pads (6A, 6K) facing toward an exterior (101) of the textile (1) are provided for supplying the magnetic field coil (4) with electric current. Respective electrical lines (8) lead from the two planar connection pads (6A, 6K) to terminals (4A, 4K) of the magnetic field coil (4). A control device (10) contacts the planar connection pads (6A, 6K) of the textile (1) by means of the electrical terminals (8A, 8K) of the control device (10).
