A dangerous scene prediction device 80, which predicts a dangerous scene arising during operation of a vehicle, is equipped with a learning model selection/combining unit 81 and a dangerous scene prediction unit 82. In accordance with a scene determined on the basis of information obtained during operation of the vehicle, the learning model selection/combining unit 81 selects, from two or more learning models, a learning model to be used in predicting a dangerous scene. The dangerous scene prediction unit 82 uses the selected learning model to predict a dangerous scene arising during operation of the vehicle.
