A pixel structure includes a base substrate (10) and a light emitting element (20) on the base substrate (10). The light emitting element (20) includes a reflective electrode (21), a light emitting layer (22) on the reflective electrode (21), and a substantially transparent electrode (23) on a side of the light emitting layer (22) away from the reflective electrode (21).
