Provided in the present application are an energy storage management method, an energy storage control method, and various systems, a computer device and a storage medium. The energy storage management method is used for managing an energy storage apparatus that supplies stored electrical energy to an electricity user, and comprises the following steps: acquiring an electricity consumption prediction sequence of an electricity user within a remaining period of a current electricity consumption settlement cycle, acquiring current energy storage parameters of an energy storage apparatus, and acquiring the current electricity consumption of the electricity user; on the basis of the acquired energy storage parameters, electricity consumption, and electricity consumption prediction sequence, generating an energy sequence of the energy storage apparatus within the remaining period of the electricity consumption settlement cycle; and on the basis of a preset update condition, repeatedly executing each described step so as to manage the energy storage apparatus by using the energy sequence. In the present application, by using the acquired prediction sequence, energy storage parameters of the energy storage apparatus, and current electricity consumption of the electricity user, an energy sequence is generated and corresponding control on the energy storage apparatus is performed by using the energy sequence, thereby achieving the goal of effectively lowering electricity consumption costs within one electricity consumption settlement cycle.
