The present application provides an energy storage management and control method, a system, a computer device, and a storage medium. The energy storage management method is used for managing an energy storage apparatus for providing storage electric energy to an electricity utilization party. The energy storage management method comprises the following steps: acquiring a power supply prediction sequence used by the electricity utilization party and an electricity consumption prediction sequence of the electricity utilization party within an electricity utilization period; and generating an energy sequence of the energy storage apparatus within the electricity utilization period on the basis of an energy storage parameter of the energy storage apparatus acquired in a preset acquisition condition, and the power supply prediction sequence and the electricity consumption prediction sequence within the electricity utilization period, so that the energy storage apparatus is managed on the basis of the energy sequence. According to the present application, the energy storage apparatus is managed on the basis of the energy sequence, so as to achieve a purpose of the lowest total electricity costs.
