A method for establishing a medical mapping database, comprising: obtaining a preclassified disease group, and extracting corresponding standard disease data from the disease group (S202); searching for standard drug data corresponding to the standard disease data (S204); establishing a mapping between the standard drug data and the disease group to which the corresponding standard disease data belongs (S206); and extracting standard drug data corresponding to the same disease group to serve as a drug group, and associating the generated drug group with the disease group corresponding to the drug group and storing the same to obtain a medical mapping database (S208).
