An integrated LED lamp having high-efficiency heat radiation and lighting effect optimization and a preparation method therefor. The lamp comprises a lamp pole housing (1), a flat heating pipe (2), a tail heat-radiation fin (3), a ceramic substrate (4), an LED chip (5), a circuit board (6) and an optical lens (8), wherein the flat heating pipe (2) clings to the inner wall of the lamp pole housing (1) in a pipe expansion manner; a cold end is welded to the tail heat-radiation fin (3); the ceramic substrate (4) is welded to the surface of the flat heating pipe (2) by means of a bottom through hole of a groove in the surface of the lamp pole housing (1); the LED chip (5) is packaged onto the ceramic substrate (4); the circuit board (6) is inserted into a channel between the flat heating pipe (2) and the inner wall of the lamp pole housing (1) and is connected to an electrode wire on the ceramic substrate (4); and the optical lens (8) is placed on the surface of the groove of the lamp pole housing (1). The heat radiation of an LED high heat flow is realized by utilizing the flat heating pipe (2); the design of the optical lens (8) and an automobile lamp production process are combined to achieve controllable light source emergent light spots; and the automobile lamp heat-radiation effect is improved, processing processes are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved by means of integrated preparation.
