A cooling system of a fish attracting light, comprising: a cooling housing (20), made of a plastic material and provided with a cooling housing volume, the cooling housing (20) being provided with cooling tanks (21) and a connecting tank (22), the cooling tanks (21) being provided therein with a water injecting space (211) and a water discharging space (212), the water injecting space (211) being in communication with a water inlet pipe (23), the water discharging space (212) being in communication with a water outlet pipe (24), a first connecting pipe (25) being connected between the water injecting space (211) and the connecting tank (22), and a second connecting pipe (26) being connected between the water discharging space (212) and the connecting tank (22); a cooling element (30), provided on the cooling housing (20) and closing the cooling tank (21) and the connecting tank (22); and, a light group (40), provided on the cooling element (30), and the light group (40) having a total power. The cooling system of the fish attracting light satisfies the following formula: 120 mW/cm3 ≤ total power/cooling housing volume ≤ 250mW/cm3. The beneficial effects are: convenient detachment, a high cooling efficiency, the prevention of air accumulation, and a reduced drainage weight.
