The present invention relates to a device for valve regurgitation surgery and cardiac pacemaker lead fixation and, more specifically, to a device for valve regurgitation surgery and cardiac pacemaker lead fixation for performing mitral regurgitation and tricuspid regurgitation surgery and fixing a lead of a cardiac pacemaker to an interventricular septum by using a single device. The device for valve regurgitation surgery and cardiac pacemaker lead fixation, according to the present invention, comprises: a cerclage wire; a coronary sinus tube having a through hole formed therein for allowing the cerclage wire to be inserted thereinto, the coronary sinus tube being inserted into a coronary sinus; a tricuspid valve tube having a through hole formed therein for allowing the cerclage wire to be inserted thereinto, the tricuspid valve tube passing through a tricuspid valve and protecting tricuspid valve tissue and interventricular septum tissue; a lead insertion tube coupled to the tricuspid valve tube and having an end toward the interventricular septum; and a cardiac pacemaker lead inserted into the lead insertion tube such that an end thereof is inserted into the His bundle.
