Disclosed is a light intensity loss value calculation and analysis method for an optical fiber sensor. The method comprises: (S101) acquiring a characteristic relationship of a gain adjustment signal and a characteristic relationship of a light intensity adjustment signal; and (S102) calculating a light intensity loss value of an optical fiber according to the characteristic relationship of the gain adjustment signal and the characteristic relationship of the light intensity adjustment signal, and analyzing, according to the light intensity loss value, a parameter to be measured. According to the present invention, a light intensity adjustment signal and a gain adjustment signal do not need to be involved in algorithm analysis such as subsequent signal processing and pattern recognition, thereby reducing the complexity of an algorithm design, and also releasing the coupling between algorithm analysis and light intensity adjustment and between algorithm analysis and gain adjustment. When a hardware or software method for light intensity adjustment and gain adjustment are changed, only a synthesis model of a light intensity attenuation signal needs to be re-adjusted, without the need to change a subsequent algorithm design. Further disclosed is a light intensity loss value calculation and analysis apparatus for an optical fiber sensor.
