FLOW CYTOMETRY TESTING METHOD FOR LYMPHOCYTE IN IMMUNE CELL

Provided is a flow cytometry testing method for a lymphocyte in an immune cell. The method comprises: a) extracting a lymphocyte sample stained with an immunofluorescence antibody, adding same to a pre-chilled PBS-EDTA solution, uniformly mixing the cell, and preparing for a flow cytometry for testing; b) starting up and preheating a flow cytometry system, adjusting the liquid flow velocity, and then adding the PBS-EDTA solution to a sample tube, and washing a flow nozzle system; and c) adding the uniformly mixed cell sample obtained in step a) to the sample tube for testing. The testing method makes subgroup classification more apparent during testing, and analysis and testing more accurate, facilitates testing a small number of cell subgroups, and reduces antibody agents.
