Disclosed is a method for preparing a modified bamboo fiber reinforced aging-resistant styrene-butadiene rubber, comprising the following steps: firstly mixing a styrene-butadiene rubber with a modified and polarized styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer under a refining temperature of 80-95°C for 2-5 minutes, sequentially adding carbon black, zinc oxide, stearic acid, modified bamboo fiber, and γ-glycidyl ether oxypropyltrimethoxysilane modified zinc oxide, followed by adding an accelerating agent D, an accelerating agent TMTD, an anti-aging agent 4020 and sulfur, mill-running and folding and running, mixing for 4-8 minutes and taking out the film, resting the rubber for 24 hours and vulcanizing. The obtained aging-resistant styrene-butadiene rubber has excellent aging resistance and excellent mechanical properties.
