Provided is a 3D object recognition and tracking method for mobile augmented reality, whereby multiple-object recognition of various objects is possible at a high speed. A 3D object recognition method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step for using a learned object recognition model to discern the type of 3D object which appears in an image; a step for using the learned object recognition model to discern the posture of a camera observing the 3D object; and a step for estimating the coordinates of the 3D object on the basis of the discerned posture of the camera. Accordingly, object recognition of various objects is possible at a high speed, and the recognition of multiple objects in real-time is also possible.
