VEHICLE REAR-END COLLISION EARLY-WARNING SYSTEM AND METHOD

Provided are a vehicle rear-end collision early-warning system and method. The system includes: a warning device, wherein the warning device includes: a warning sign; a response module for responding to the situation where a moving object is fast approaching to generate a signal; a processing module for receiving the signal and determining, according to the signal, whether to generate a warning signal; a device-side communication module, wherein when the processing module generates the warning signal, the processing module controls the device-side communication module to transmit the warning signal; a battery for providing the power required for operation between a sensor, the processing module and the device-side communication module; and a vehicle host installed inside a vehicle, and comprising: a host-side communication module for receiving the warning signal transmitted from the device-side communication module; and a controller for receiving the warning signal from the host-side communication module, and unlocking the door of the vehicle and/or enabling a horn of the vehicle to emit a sound in response to the warning signal.
