Disclosed in the present invention are a cloud server, an image processing platform, and a remote image analysis system and method. According to the present invention, a cloud server is utilized to obtain image materials of a patient acquired by a local image device by means of a local network cloud storage, when an image analysis instruction input by an applicant is acquired by means of an image processing platform, the cloud server obtains a doctor contact from a contact list, and sends invitation information to the doctor contact port of the doctor contact to prompt the doctor to download corresponding image materials of the patient from the cloud server, when obtaining a download instruction input by the doctor in the doctor contact, the image processing platform downloads the corresponding image materials of the patient from the cloud server so that the doctor may perform image analysis and processing, and the image materials analyzed and processed by the doctor are uploaded to the cloud server, such that remote image analysis is implemented.
