A system for continuously hydrolyzing hemicellulose to prepare a xylose solution and a method using same. The system comprises a neutralization unit, an acid regulation unit, a feeding unit, a liquification injection unit, a feeding and discharging heat exchange unit, and a discharging control unit. The neutralization unit comprises a raw material tank, a neutralization concentrated sulfuric acid pump, and a neutralization pipeline mixer; the acid regulation unit comprises an acid-regulation concentrated sulfuric acid pump, an acid-regulation pipeline mixer, and an acid regulation tank; the feeding unit comprises a feeding tank; the liquification injection unit comprises a liquification injector and a liquification maintainer; the feeding and discharging heat exchange unit comprises a feeding and discharging plate-type heat exchanger and a first discharging temperature sensor; the discharging control unit comprises a discharging valve and a reflux valve. A prepared xylose solution exchanges heat with a hemicellulose solution in the feeding and discharging plate-type heat exchanger, so that the temperature of the xylose solution decreases, and the temperature of the hemicellulose solution increases.
