The medicine scheme abnormality identification method comprises: acquiring identity information of an insured person, and acquiring, according to the identity information of the insured person, medicine purchase details of the insured person within a target time period and prescription details corresponding to the medicine purchase details; determining whether there is a medicine, not belonging to the prescription details, in the medicine purchase details; if so, determining whether the medicine not belonging to the prescription details is a prescription medicine; and if not, marking the insured person as having an abnormal medication scheme behavior.
