Disclosed are a method, device and system for arranging father node based on a ZigBee network. The method comprises the following steps: determining the network topology structure of a plurality of sensor nodes accessing a ZigBee network; receiving selection information input by a user on the basis of the network topology structure; according to the selection information, generating a configuration command for assigning a father node for a to-be-configured child node; and sending the configuration command to the to-be-configured child node via a coordinator so as to enable data transmission between the child node and the father node.
