Provided in embodiments of the present disclosure are a user position determination method and apparatus, a device, and a computer readable storage medium. The user position determination method comprises: obtaining first specific information of multiple users, the first specific information comprising positioning information and contact lists of the multiple users, and contact information of a target user being recorded in contact lists of at least some of the multiple users; extracting, from the obtained first specific information, the first specific information of the user to which a contact list comprising the contact information of the target user belongs, as target specific information; and parsing the positioning information in the target specific information, and taking a parsed geographic position as a target position of the target user. The position of a target user in a large probability case can be found more accurately, and the precision of determining the position of the target user exceeds the city level so that various service requirements can be met.
