According to an aspect of some embodiments of the present invention there is provided a pharmaceutical dispensing system comprising a pharmaceutical dispensing logistic operational system, comprising at least one pharmaceutical storage and dispensing machine located in at least one facility and at least one supplemental supplier of pharmaceuticals; said operational system in communication with at least one pharmacy management server; at least one pharmacy management server configured to manage and control said pharmaceutical dispensing logistic operational system; said management server further comprises: a computational logistic tracking module, a computational logistic model module, a computational logistic action and a medical pharmaceutical database; wherein said computational logistic action module is configured to provide instructions to said pharmaceutical dispensing logistic operational system based on received information from said at least one pharmaceutical storage and dispensing machine, said computational logistic tracking module and said computational logistic simulation module.
