This manufacturing method of an absorbent article packaging body (50) involves: a step in which a continuous body of packaging material (20), obtained by laminating layers with different thermal conductivity, is conveyed with the direction of continuity as the conveyance direction, said continuous body of packaging material (20) having, on the inside surface thereof, a non-peeling part (21) with no peeling layer, provided on the edge on one side in the direction orthogonal to the direction of continuity, and a peeling part (22) with a peeling layer, provided more towards the other side in the orthogonal direction than the non-peeling part (21); and a step in which a hot melt adhesive (8) for slip prevention of each of the multiple absorbent articles (1) is coated on the peeling part (22), separated by intervals in the conveyance direction, and, continuously in the conveyance direction, a hot melt adhesive (9) for bonding the seal-opening parts of the multiple absorbent article packaging bodies (1) is coated on the non-peeling part (21).
